I am one who does not like to shop with the Christmas crowds. You most definitely will NOT see me out shopping the day after Thanksgiving to save $10 bucks but stand in line for an extra 30 minutes. I hate standing in line at the grocery store for more than 30 seconds.
Anyway - I have been out shopping - and went into Seagull book and picked up a book called The Life Beyond. It has provided me with some very interesting insights, and a reassurance of what I know. Today as I have been reading - I came across the most comforting passage as I'm in the chapter about Little Children and had to share with you what I read.
"...when the mother is deprived of the pleasure and joy of rearing her babe to manhood or womanhood in this life, through the hand of death, that privilege will be renewed to her her hereafter, and she will enjoy it to a fuller fruition than it would be possible for her to do here. When she does it there, it will be with certain knowledge that the results will be without failure; whereas here, the results are unknown until after we have passed the test."
SO COOL!!!
And just as a side note - it's actually a very good book just for general knowledge and would let anyone borrow it that wants a good information read about where we go when we're done here!!
