Hooray for Brad! Yesterday was his birthday! And he's now 28. Not that that means much - but my hubby is almost 30, and I'm 21!!! I get a kick out of that! And it really does sound worse when I put it that way then when I say we're only 6 years apart. Anyway - we went to the Bonsai japanese steakhouse for dinner with my mom and dad & Kristin and Scott. For those of you who haven't been there - it's like Benihana's. And if you haven't been there - it's a place where they cook your food and flip it and light it on fire right at your table. You sit in a U shape around the grill - and they just go to town! I love it! We went to my mom and dad's for cake and ice cream and presents afterward - and these are the pics!!

I can't afford New England Patriots Superbowl tickets as a birthday gift - so I got him bungee cords!! Exciting I know! But we're always wishing we had them, and now we do! I did get him a gift card to Cabela's b/c he's saving up to buy a spotting scope. Normally I'm not a GC kind of person - but where he's saving, and I can't afford the whole thing - I may as well contribute to the cause!

Happy Birthday Brad!!! Hey maybe next year me and brad should party together since they are only a day apart! Your dinner looks like lots of fun. And a spotting scope... we just got one for christmas from my dad. Now we can go spotting together! Ours is mostly for yellowstone, what about yours? Wishing brad a very happy happy b-day!
